Christopher Garetano – Montauk Mystery

Christopher Garetano discusses his investigation of the infamous Montauk Project and how it inspired the popular science fiction series Stranger Things.

GUEST BIO:

Christopher Garetano was born in New York and is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts with a major (BFA) in film. He is the creator and director of the award-winning docudrama Montauk Chronicle and is also the co-creator, executive producer and co-host of the History Channel’s The Dark Files.
In 2019, Christopher created, executive produced and hosted his eight-episode investigative series Strange World for the Travel/Discovery Channel networks. Christopher is currently the creator and host of the new podcast Off to the Witch and is developing several new TV programs, writing a book of short horror/science fiction stories and filming his independent, science fiction motion picture – IN INK By Andromeda The Great.

Isis Aquarian is a striking woman. She is probably best known as a member of The Source Family, a group of beautiful, white-clad hippies living in the Hollywood Hills during the 1970s. They followed the teachings of a man named Jim Baker, or Father Yod – a reformed bank robber and judo-chopping killer who fronted a cult psych band, served salads to the stars, took 14 wives, and eventually threw himself from a cliff in a hang glider.

GUEST BIO:

Born in 1945, Duncan Lunan has been a full-time author, researcher, lecturer, broadcaster, editor, critic and tutor since 1970, specializing in astronomy, spaceflight and science fiction. He has published 10 books to date and contributed to 36 more, with over 1,600 articles and 42 stories published to date. As Manager of the Glasgow Parks Department’s Astronomy Project in 1978-79, he built the first astronomically aligned stone circle in Britain for over 3000 years (recreated at a new site in 2019); he was on the management committee of Airdrie Public Observatory from 1977 to 2008, serving as a curator for 18½ years, and ran the North Lanarkshire Astronomy Project 2006-2009. Currently, he is Past Chair of the Astronomers of the Future Club in his hometown of Troon, to which he returned with his wife Linda in 2012. His monthly astronomy column “The Sky Above You” appears in various newspapers and magazines. He was science fiction critic of the Glasgow Herald from 1971 to 1985, ran the paper’s SF and fantasy short story competition from 1986 to 1992, and he now reviews SF for Interzone and Shoreline of Infinity, as well as nonfiction for Concatenation.

Dr. Simeon Hein – Remote Viewing, Crop Circles and the Multiverse

Dr. Simeon Hein is a former university professor in statistics and research methods. He came across the idea of remote viewing in 1996 and took a training class as a skeptic. The results of the training were surprisingly positive and convinced Dr. Hein that there is a large area of scientific knowledge that is being withheld from public discussion. Subsequently, he established the non-profit Institute for Resonance and began teaching remote viewing classes in Boulder, Colorado and continues to teach online. He also became interested in the topics of crop circles, unexplained aerial phenomena, and extraterrestrials.

Jen Kruse, Tammy Treichel, and Jena Grover form the all-female Bigfoot search and research team, “She-Squatchers.” They will join us tonight to talk about their adventures and sightings in Minnesota, Tennessee, and North Dakota.

She-Squatchers came together in 2015 to begin their “All Female Bigfoot Experiment,” as the Midwest’s first all-female bigfoot research team. They aren’t just women in the woods, they are psychic women in the woods, utilizing their extra senses on their quest to find and interact with Bigfoot. The team is lead by missing persons psychic medium and geographic remote viewer Jen Kruse. Her adventurous team members include Jena Grover and Tammy Treichel. All three ladies have psychic abilities. Together they have had some amazing experiences, including close calls with rocks being thrown at them from the trees above. They have found evidence that has convinced them that there is definitely something out there. They are literally traveling from coast to coast this year to share what they have found.

Janice Oberding, a Nevada author whose topics include the paranormal, history and true crime, has been involved in the paranormal for over 40 years. She has written over 20 books and taught the first ever online WebCT ghost hunting class at Great Basin College in Elko, Nevada. She also taught classes about Nevada’s History and Hauntings at Western Nevada Community College and Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC). John Barbour – Jim Garrison and the Assassination Death of JFK

John Barbour is a legend in the entertainment industry. In 1992, he wrote and directed the award-winning The Garrison Tapes, which director Oliver Stone heralded as “the perfect companion piece to my movie JFK.” In 2017, 25 years later, he wrote and directed Part 2 entitled The American Media and the 2nd assassination of President John F. Kennedy, which leading researchers applaud as “the definitive film on JFK and the rise of fake news.”

GUEST BIO:

John Barbour, known as the “the godfather of reality TV” created, co-hosted, co-produced, and wrote Real People – the first reality show, which was number one on NBC for three years during the early 1980s. Barbour moved to the United States in the early 60s with his comedy act, particularly his 1965 album, It’s Tough to Be White, which dealt in part with civil rights and black-white relations. Barbour hosted the pilot for The Gong Show in the mid-70s. He also directed and wrote the 1992 documentary The JFK Assassination: The Jim Garrison Tapes and in 2017 he wrote and Directed Part 2 called The American Media and The 2nd Assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
